Having started out in private equity, Aneeqa joined property giant Zoopla as their Strategy Director. Charged with managing their launch onto the stock market, she achieved a £1bn exit for the firm. When buying her own home in London Aneeqa struggled to find great pieces to fill it with - she knew they existed, but they were time-consuming to find so she launched eporta to make sourcing products for commercial and residential spaces simpler, by going directly to manufacturers.
Three years on and 40+ staff later, eporta has become the world’s leading interiors sourcing platform, exclusively for trade professionals. With over 65,000 products and 10,000 interior design studios and property development firms, they are also the largest. Personally, Aneeqa has been named as one of the leading entrepreneurs in the UK by The Times and Forbes, as well as one of the top 35 entrepreneurs under 35 by Management Today. www.eporta.com
