The e-Kube

Our innovative design has been constructed to fulfil the needs of a Renewable Energy Company (Markwell Green Energy) who needed a sustainable building to run their business from. The e-Kube incorporates a highly insulated timber frame with unique features of a structural glass cube from Cantifix and an external spiral glass staircase from Alloy Fabweld which leads to a sedum and timber decked roof garden. The roof garden is surrounded with glass and stainless steel balustrade. The exterior is clad in Western Red Cedar which together with the other materials has been chosen for its durability, sustainability, aesthetics and value for money. Our e-Kube can be used as a contemporary garden office, granny annex, gym, music room, home cinema or guest suite. The modular design allows customers to specify many different options including bathroom, kitchen, glass cube or spiral staircase ensuring each model is unique to its location and intended use. The option to specify the external style ensures it will blend or contrast with its surroundings, dependent on personal preference, or to fulfil planning requirements. The concept of a granny annex in your garden is a hot topic and the e-Kube design allows consumers to choose a modern style with many options to suit their personal taste and budget.
