The impressive luxury development on Harrop Road in Hale boasts an elegant penthouse featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms. "We believe our success is due to the high quality of our craftsmanship, our innovative design approach, efficient project management and dedicated professionalism."

Cabinet makers outfitted the walk-in dressing room which was a difficult shape due to the steep vaulted ceiling; in addition to a sleek wall panel to house storage drawers and cupboards and the integrated LCD television. The existing kitchen was enhanced to allow contemporary seating and greater use of the storage space.

The redesign and building of a new roof allowed creation of a spectacular master bedroom at the end of the property with feature vaulted ceiling and fully automated roof (Velux) windows.

The brief for this property was to upgrade the penthouse for re-sale at a considerably higher value, improving upon the use of space and incorporating luxury fittings and finishings.
