Since the showroom opened in 2004, the showroom has gone from strength to strength, especially after winning the KBB award for‘showroom of the year 2006’. This became a fantastic platform that gave us a positive attitude to go forward into 2007. Receiving this award made us very proud and humbled and made us even more passionate. So much so, that in 2007 I decided to completely change the showroom, as I wanted to introduce the showroom as an ‘Interior Design studio for kitchens’. As we know in our industry products & fashions change and we have to keep innovating. At the beginning of this year we changed the front part of the showroom with SieMatics new 2011 ranges.

I completely gutted the showroom and installed a new grey porcelain floor throughout, which allowed us to make changes outside the parameters of existing
displays in the future. I needed to go more up-market and wanted to create a studio
that shows we go that extra mile in design and attention to detail. I was delighted to get the agency for SieMatic and Sub-Zero/Wolf and continued selling and displaying Miele, Neff and Blanco. I also introduced unusual granite worktops and slate clad walls, as I wanted to create my studio a cut above the rest!

Having designed kitchens in Cheshire for the last 28 years and knowing the mix of people that live, in and around the area, I needed a kitchen brand that truly offered the twin combination of style and performance. My clientele know what they want, which is exclusivity and quality without compromise. SieMatic offers this, as well as possessing a well known and respected brand name. When designing for our clients we are aware that they wish to express themselves, they want to be individual, they want the best innovative design and products possible, they want to stamp their own personality in their kitchen.

We work closely with SieMatic and regularly attend SieMatic’s International Design Academy to gain and share the latest innovations with partners from all over the world. Our aim is to be, ‘best in class’. We are able to offer our clients a personal and intimate design consultation without pressure, giving attention to detail and understanding our clients needs.

Whilst the showroom is small, (consisting of three large displays) it instantly gets the message across: ‘you can not compromise on quality’ it’s a pleasure to guide customers through the displays, starting from the front of the showroom, with SieMatics Pure Design- S2L ‘Handle-less’ range through to the contemporary/traditional style of the
‘BeauxArt’ collection giving a cosy feel, created with mood lighting.

In the showroom we also touch on the 5 sences:

Smell: Fresh coffee is served and fresh baked biscuits from our Miele appliances.

Taste: We run cookery demonstrations enabling customers to sample the end results.

Sound: DVD’s run with background music showing different design concepts.

Touch: There are various tactile materials in the showroom: granite in smooth or leather finishes, door finishes from gloss lacquers to velvet laminates, we have dark maple accent features to our BeauxArt display along with a wenge breakfast bar and we even have a wall clad in slate.

Sight: You never get a second chance to make a first impression!

service, attention to detail and I am a firm believer in being open and honest.
We have a very friendly approach which makes the customer relaxed and makes
the whole experience of purchasing a kitchen a pleasurable one, resulting in our clients recommending us to their family and friends of which 80 percent of our business is based upon. Our strategy now and for the future is to never let our standards drop and to offer quality and service at all times.
