An oak and glass staircase takes pride of place in the entrance hall of a new build in West Yorkshire. Elements of Rennie Mackintosh inspired design can be found throughout the property. The staircase shares these nuances, whilst maintaining Yorkshire integrity through clean lines, locally sourced materials and levels of craftsmanship.

Taking the skill of staircase design to the next level, the staircase, supported on structural glass stringers appears to float within its space.

The client was extremely pleased that his brief of a staircase designed to both impress and perplex guests has been delivered. Images of the staircase have been popular with both online and print editorial teams.
